Our kitchen utilizes organic heirloom masa, small farm Oaxacan black beans, organic cane sugar, and organic flours, among many other nutritious ingredients. Committed to being a seed oil-free kitchen, we exclusively cook with organic coconut oil, avocado oil, and olive oil.
We maintain a strong commitment to sourcing humanely raised and antibiotic-free meats and seafood, working closely with small local farmers and craftspeople. This dedication enables us to offer the highest quality products while showcasing the excellence of their craft.
